ITEM AVAILABILITY

The merchandise available on evosy.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on our website may be out of stock. In this case, we will contact you to inform you and we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

COLORS

A note about colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on EVOSY.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.


HOW DO I SIGN UP? 


You can register to create an account, or the account creation is automatically done after the first purchase,  the sign-up section is AFTER the checkout, once a customer completes his first order, he can type in a password on the Thank You page to create an account. The shipping address form will be pre-filled on subsequent orders provided that the customer logs in to his account.


FORGOT PASSWORD?


If you forget your account password, click on the "forgot password?" link. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. It is recommended to change your temporary password after logging into your account.

CHECKOUT AND REGISTRATION

Upon checking out, you will be prompted to sign into your account or complete the transaction as a guest, however your name and address and other necessary information such us your contact and email will be required so we can ship to the proper address, however registering allows you to: 
  Track order shipments
  Verify order status
  Checkout faster
  Receive email updates and promotions to get regular insights about trends and sales

You can modify your account at any time.
You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed.

Shopping at Evosy.com is safe and secure. Personal information provided on Evosy.com is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. For more information, please consult the privacy policy section.

WARRANTY

EVOSY warrants its products for one year against defects in materials and workmanship, all our jewelry is cast from 925 sterling silver, 14k or 18k solid gold.

  • Follow our care instructions for bracelets and other jewelry items in their respective product page
  • Use minimum pressure when opening or closing cuff bracelets, excessive force may break the cuff which is not covered by warranty
  •  some of our cuffs such as the love bracelet have precious stones, you must order your exact fit, these cuffs cannot be adjusted in size as they might break the gemstones inside or make them fall off.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to normal wear, by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

ORDER CHANGES

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through the email shown at the top of this page. You can view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the "order status" link if you created an account.
Solid 14k and 18k gold jewelry are made to order, they cannot be canceled as they are considered custom made jewelry.

SHIPPING

All free standard shipping orders are shipped within 5 business days except for made-to-order jewelry which might take up to 10 business days, if you have not received your tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us using the contact form and include your order number or reply to the confirmation email sent with your order number. Login to your account or register to track your orders.

CUSTOMS 

For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs if any.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee charged by the postal service. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
