ITEM AVAILABILITY

The merchandise available on evosy.com is subject to change. To stay informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on our website may be out of stock. In this case,we will contact you to inform you and we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


I SEE A CUSTOMER LOGIN LINK BUT I CAN'T SIGN UP ? 


You can register to create an account and take advantage or our Loyalty Reward Program, or Account creation is automatically done after the first purchase,  the sign up section is AFTER the checkout, once a customer completes his first order, he can type in a password on the Thank You page to create an account. The shipping address form will be pre-filled on subsequent orders provided that the customer logs in to his account.


FORGOT PASSWORD ?


If you forget your account password, click on the "forgot password?" link. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. It is recommended to change your temporary password after logging into your account.

CHECKOUT AND REGISTRATION

Upon checking out, you will be prompted to sign into your account or complete the transaction as a guest, however your name and adress and other necessary information such us your contact and email will be required so we can ship to the proper address, however registering allows you to: 
  Track order shipments
  Verify order status
  Checkout faster
  Receive email updates and promotions to get regular insights about trends and sales

You can modify your account at any time.
You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed.

PAYMENT

PayPal Acceptance Mark
We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard or any other payment method accepted trough Paypal. All Payments are Processed by PayPal.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

WARRANTY

All warranty issues are to be handled directly with the Watch Manufacturer, and not EVOSY, Customer agrees that EVOSY reserves the right to correct any issues that were a reason for the return, before any possible refund is issued.
The 
Manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
  • battery, crystal, strap or bracelet
  • damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
  • water damage
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

ORDER CHANGES


You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through the email shown at the top of this page. You can view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the "order status" link if you created an account.

SALES TAX


Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
Orders shipped to:
- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%.
- British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.

SHIPPING

All free standard shipping orders are shipped within 5 business days, if you have not received your tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us using the contact form and include your order number or reply to the confirmation email sent with your order number. Login to your account or register to track your orders.

CUSTOMS 


For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee charged by the postal service. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
